Only after I had visions of this artistic beauty hanging on my fridge did Anna break the news:
"I will sell it to you."
"A minute ago it was free," I replied.
"But now I'm selling it."
"For how much?"
"A quarter."
Good thing some of my laundry money spilled in the backseat so I could pay Miss Anna for her art. And it made it to its home on my fridge just fine. I better ask her next time I see her what she did with that quarter. . .

Sounds like Miss Anna has some business skills! What a cute story. :)
Did she sell you the reproduction rights along with the picture? If not I bet you will soon get a takedown notice from some suit claiming copyright infringement.
Love it!
hey ALEX! I'm amazed that you parted with the quarter!
Way cute picture as well as post :)
Why are little children obsessed with making money? They could sell us a cup of dirt and we would buy it because they're so darn cute! :)
Mom...it was really Kevin's quarter, so it was easy to part with it. ;)
Kevin...remember Alex from Family Ties? I was teased that I was like him as a child because I was all about money, which is one of the main characteristics Michael J Fox's character.
I love it! That Anna is a trip, miss her. (and you!)
PS the captcha phrase below is "uncolic," a word that will hopefully continue to describe my new Rebecca :)
Ha ha ha how cute!! What great coloring skills she has.
What a fabulous aunt you are! She's lucky to have you!
