Is it possible to feel homesick for a place that wasn't your home that long? Maybe nostalgic is a better word. Whatever you want to call it, I miss Romania! Last night I was watching the most adorable little singer: Cleopatra. I hope I have a little red-headed girl someday so I can teach her this song and dress her up like this. Or you know, any color hair would do. But let's hope I get at least one girl right, because a son might have issues filling in.
Also, in case you haven't heard, Amazon is giving away one Christmas song per day until Christmas! Don't worry, you can still download the ones for the days that have already passed. I don't necessarily like all of these, but I'm really enjoying having at least some Christmas music to my name! I like Silent Night by House of Heroes; Kevin plays Mr. Heatmiser when we're in the car. Only one more week to enjoy them . . . how is it almost Christmas already?!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! That is the cutest thing I have ever seen!! I love it!! I have to teach my baby girl Claire that! How did you find that?
I had a 10 year old investigator who LOVED that song, she was always singing along to it when we went over. I miss Ramona!!
I'm seriously addicted to this now. I listen to it every time I check blogs. What's she singing about?
Also, homesickness is definitely possible for somewhere that's not your home. In German homesick is heimweh (pron. /haimvay/) so I always joke that I have wienweh (pron. /veenvay/), Vienna sick. lol
Tess,
Thanks for that. I listened to it at work and my office neighbor was horrified. I miss Romania in so many ways. I met two Moldovan girls at the gas station yesterday, but they spoke Russian. Wish you lived closer.
I miss you Tess! I hope you guys had a good Christmas.
