I start out at -500 everyday on the DP scale and I just get worse as the day goes on. I have to ban myself from stopping for fast food, because the thought of one more smushed pb&j makes me want to throw up and Dan and I have ready-made freezer meals constantly. I just can't bring myself to cook after a 10 hour day at work. Oh and last but not least, I hate coupons, clearance racks and waiting for a sale.
